These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReplyWell ("the Service"). By using the Service or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

ReplyWell provides an AI-assisted tool that drafts customer email replies.

  • Replies are not sent automatically
  • Users review and approve all messages before sending

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using ReplyWell, you confirm that you have the authority to act on behalf of your business.

3. Accounts & Access

During early access, features may be limited or change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts of the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal or harmful activities
  • Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content
  • Attempt to bypass security or usage limits

5. AI Limitations

The Service provides drafts only.

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all replies
  • We make no guarantees about correctness or outcomes

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Details about pricing and limits are shown on the website.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation stops future billing cycles
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period

Refunds

  • Refunds are generally not provided for partially used billing periods
  • Exceptions may apply where required by law

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not use customer data to train AI models.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain with CoutureApps. You retain ownership of your content.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable EU law. Specific jurisdiction will be determined based on company registration.
