a) Website & Waitlist

When you join our waitlist or contact us, we may collect:

  • Email address
  • Optional information you provide voluntarily

Purpose:

  • Notify you about product updates
  • Communicate about early access

b) Product (Future App)

When you use the ReplyWell application, we may process:

  • Workspace information
  • Customer messages you connect (e.g. email content)
  • AI-generated drafts

This data is processed only to provide the service.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve the service
  • Communicate with you
  • Ensure security and reliability

We do not:

  • Sell your data
  • Use your data for advertising
  • Train AI models on your data

4. AI & Data Processing

Customer data is processed solely to generate reply drafts.

  • No data is used for model training
  • Processing is limited to your workspace
  • Human approval is always required before sending replies

5. Data Storage & Hosting

  • Data is hosted in the EU region
  • We apply logical data isolation per workspace
  • Default data retention: 30 days (configurable in the future)

6. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process personal data based on:

  • Your consent
  • Performance of a contract
  • Legitimate interest (service operation & security)

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Correct your data
  • Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
  • Withdraw consent at any time

8. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time. Deleting a workspace results in hard deletion of all associated data.
